By accessing or using PromptAndSkills.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PromptAndSkills ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in India.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Creator Content: Creators retain ownership of the prompts, skills, and agents they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant PromptAndSkills a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.
User Licence: When you download content from the Platform, you receive a licence as specified by the creator. This licence does not transfer ownership of the content to you unless explicitly stated.
Platform Content: All content created by PromptAndSkills — including the website design, logos, text, and graphics — is our intellectual property and is protected by Indian copyright law and international treaties.

All content on the Platform is provided free of charge. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or premium tiers. Users may download and use any published prompt at no cost.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate our policies. Content decisions are made at our sole discretion, though we strive to apply our guidelines fairly and consistently.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PromptAndSkills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand rupees).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptAndSkills, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
